Today it’s grown into something much bigger, and is now an expression and a celebration of Latin American food, culture and it’s vibrant welcoming hospitality.

Drawing on her Colombian heritage, STEPHANIA PENA-NUR is PICHI, both as it’s founder and also as the creative force defining it’s menus and direction, bringing a refined expression of Latin cuisine to the table, without losing the warmth, generosity and spirit at its heart.

PICHI is supported through the Penniblack Collective by Raquel Torreda, who brings with her a wealth of experience in event planning, staffing and delivery. Having grown up in Spain and with a love of Latin culture, Raquel shares Stephania's passion for food, music, movement and bringing people together.

Together, they bring the wider experience to life, supported by a carefully chosen collective of Latin American chefs, bartenders, musicians, florists, makers and creatives, brought together according to the needs of each event.
